Developing a consistent technique for small animal Ultrasound in first opinion practice can be a challenge.


Ultrasound can be fraught with difficulties. Whether it's not knowing your machine very well, coping without sedation or not clipping enough and then being unsure if you have been comprehensive, but not taken too long.

We provide day courses as well as In Practice training, but if you would like something to help guide your ultrasound scans, then we have this form to help. You can download the template and print multiple copies for use with your hospitalisation records in cats and dogs staying in your clinic. Vets and Registered Vet Nurses can complete the document so that shift handovers are simplified and consistent.
